What's For Dinner? The answer is simple when you've made a trip to the Mindful Meals Kitchen, where you can come and make up to a month's worth of meals in less than 2 hours! We create the menu, shop, and chop the fresh ingredients. You show up, follow our easy recipes and have all the fun!

Mindful Meals kitchen is a healthy dinner solution unlike any other. At Mindful Meals, we really do take the terms "healthy" and "nutritious" very seriously. It's not only about the great taste and goodness of your food, it's about what's NOT in your food, as well. Who wants transfats,growth hormones,unnecessary antibiotics,and harmful additives in their family dinner?

At Mindful Meals, you can have confidence in the quality of our organic and all-natural ingredients ... but that's just the beginning:

  • Our entrees are individually priced so you can customize your order to suit your budget.
    No bulk pricing here!
  • You may choose as few as 6 entrees (depending on the session you choose).  New customers can try us out at any "open session" and make as few as 2 entrees!
  • Best of all, you will have more family time together at your table, fewer trips to the drive-thru and
    less stress when the dinner hour beckons!
